Packed with texture, flavour and a great citrus punch this summer smoothie is a great way to get your fruit in a tasty refreshing way. Working great as a snack on a hot day or as a refreshing breakfast drink.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Apple
  • 1/2 an orange
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 handfull of raspberries
  • 2 ice cubes

Equipment:

  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 blender or smoothie maker

Instructions:

  1. Slice up the apple and add it to the blender
  2. Peel and add your orange
  3. Slice the banana and add half
  4. Add a handfull of raspberries to the mix and your ice cubes
  5. Bend and enjoy
