Ingredients:

  • 50ml of alpro vanilla yoghurt
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • a small handful of almonds
  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1 tea spoon of spirulina,
  • 1 tablespoon of linwoods ground flax seed and gogi berry mix.

Equipment:

  • 1 belnder or smoothie maker
  • 1 sharp knife
  • 1 table spoon
  • measuring cups

Instructions:

  1. Add 50ml of Vanilla yoghurt to your smoothie machine, and sprinke in a handful of almonds
  2. Then add 1 table spoon of ground flax seeds and gogi berries, and 1 table spoon of spirulina
  3. Next peel and slice up 1 kiwi and 1/2 a banana and add them to the mixture
  4. Followed by 1 cup of spinach leaves and 1/2 cup of raspberries
  5. Finally add 1/2 a ripe avocado to the mixture and blend until smooth and dark green (add water if you want it less thick)
  6. Serve and enjoy
