A little healthy treat for you today. Not to be made a daily practice, but good to enjoy as a weekend healthier option to sugar loaded, chemically dosed deserts. This is fresh, minty and a perfect way to relax and unwind with family after a healthy meal.

Ingredients:

  • 200g Dairy free coconut ice cream
  • 8 Mint leaves
  • 1/2 a tea spoon Green Matcha powder
  • 100ml Coconut milk

Equipment:

  • Blender
  • 1 tea spoon
  • 1 table spoon
  • Kitchen scales

Instructions:

  1. Weigh out 200g of dairy free coconut ice cream and add it to your blender or smoothie maker
  2. Then add 1/2 a tea spoon of matcha tea powder and 7 mint leaves.
  3. Finally measure out 100ml of coconut milk and add it to the mix
  4. Blend and pour into your glass
  5. Add the final mint leaf on top to garnish
  6. Add an extra scoop of ice cream and coconut shavings or cacao nibs to garnish (optional)

  • Fats – 16 grams
