“I am a teacher” a perfect and simple quote from this amazing man. World famous for teaching mobility drills on mobilityWOD.com and his seminars and books Dr Kelly Starrett is a teacher of human movement that cannot and should not be ignored.

Becoming a supple leopard is a book that every strength coach, movement coach and personal trainer should not only have read, but should own. Not only does it provide amazing detail on many exercises for correct and incorrect movement patterns. But it also provides some seriously in depth knowledge on how to spot, coach and correct mobility issues, from coaching cues to mobility and stretching drills to aid the athlete or client in performing the movement correctly in the future.

His aim from writing this book was to provide a detailed guide to improving your mobility whilst improving technique and strength needed to be a great athlete and avoid injury. And I can honestly say that he has achieved that hands down after reading this book. Not only does he break down the lifts and movements into varying levels based on skill and ability level but he breaks down each individual error in technique and addresses the specific mobility fix needed to correct this in the future. As an athlete and coach myself, this knowledge is invaluable.
